Trimester 12 courses · 6 credits
  • CL101Corporate Law 1013 credits

    Conceptual understanding and theoretical perspectives of corporate compliance, practice and governance from the perspective of law: an overview of corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, and contract and employment practices applied domestically and internationally.

  • CL201Corporate Law 2013 credits

    A deeper understanding of specialised fields in corporate law: banking, taxation, insurance, intellectual property and the mergers and acquisitions process.

Trimester 22 courses · 6 credits
  • LWLegal Writing3 credits

    The fundamental concepts and framework of legal writing: structuring a legal memorandum, research principles, the CREAC method and citing cases.

  • DRDispute Resolution3 credits

    The fundamentals of dispute resolution and a deeper understanding of traditional and alternative mechanisms: international commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration, civil proceedings and mediation processes and practices.

Trimester 31 course · 4 credits
  • Internship or Final Thesis Paper4 credits

    A choice between a one-month internship at a law firm and a thesis paper on a specific topic, written under the close supervision of faculty members.
