Scholarship Programme

Since November 2021, SUM Scholarship Programmes have been assisting students from conflict-affected communities such as IDP Camps and Ethnic Communities in order to continue their academic and vocational studies. We have been proffering our monthly handout book which includes information about short-term certificate courses, diploma courses, and online exclusive classes to our partners to enable them to distribute into their respective communities. We have provided over 350 students from 25 distinct communities across Myanmar with this programme.

The scholarships are awarded upon the entire selection process organized by our partners as well as the Scholarship Committee and the Schools under SUM, using fair and non-discriminatory criteria after filling out the scholarship assessment form by the interested applicants. You are kindly welcome to recommend potential and promising community leaders to join the classes offered by SUM.
